Since 2012 we have been engaging in an on-going COMMISERATES project.The series documents our reproductive journeys— from dealing with fertility issues, pregnancy, through loss and after birth.
In each photograph we sit side by side, holding objects in formal relationships to the other’s body.
The work includes a QR code that links to “An Evolving & Incomplete RESOURCE LIST about Pregnancy, Abortion, Miscarriage, Stillbirth & RJ Topics”, an open-source document to share information around the loss of a pregnancy.
